1.香椿芽洗净,放开水锅中焯水1分钟。

2.用笊篱捞出。

3.放沥水筐中沥干水份,放到没有太阳的地方阴干。

4.找一个干净的小盆,放一层香椿芽。

5.撒上一层薄薄的盐。

6.一层一层码上去。

7.最后盖上盖子,腌3至7天香椿芽有咸味了。

8.装到玻璃瓶里,放到冰箱冷藏。

9.腌好的香椿芽可以拌着吃、调着吃,才可以当配料卷着吃。
